Since I have started using this cream, even if I miss a few mornings or nights, my breast tenderness has significantly approved and my periods have become more regular, for a perimenopausal woman. I love that it absorbs quickly, leaves no marks on your underwear (I usually apply below my breasts), and it lasts a long time. I have since subscribed to receive on a regular basis, although since it does last me a few months, I wish there was a three month subscription period as well.

I am a 78 year old lady and have osteoporosis.
I use a very small amount twice a day and it helps with my body aches. My daughter gave me a tube to try as she has trouble coming in menopause. And likes it also!
When I go off it for about 5 days as suggested I am worse so I know that it definitely helps and I do not need to take medication which is not good for my kidneys apparently.
