Address Issues

It is important that you enter your postal address correctly at checkout. If unsure or if you make a mistake please email orders@annaswildyamcream.com.au as soon as possible.

Dispatch Time frame

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. A shipping notification will be emailed to you on the day of dispatch. Please allow slightly longer for your order to be processed over weekends, public holidays and Christmas.  

Australian Orders:

  • Standard: 2-4 business days (Free on orders $150+ AUD)
  • Express: 1-4 business days 
  • Parcels are sent via Australia Post
  • Please note times are estimated and may differ depending on exact location and throughout the year.

USA Orders:

  • Standard: 3-5 business days (Free on orders $100+ USD)
  • Express: 2-3 business days 
  • Parcels are sent from within the US
  • Please note times are estimated and may differ depending on exact location and throughout the year.

Shipping to the Rest of World 

The delivery time frame is 6-14 business days - Parcels are sent Australia Post International, DHL International or DHL Express Worldwide.

International shipments are subject to:

  • Import Duties & Fees - standard charges for international goods.  
  • Sales Tax/VAT - based on your delivery address. 

These charges are determined by your local customs authority. They are the responsibility of the customer and are payable upon arrival in the destination country.

We do not have control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

*If duties and taxes remain unpaid and your parcel is refused or returned to us, the order will be treated as an abandoned shipment. Due to the significant costs associated with international shipping and return processing, you will forfeit 50% of your order value, and the remaining 50% will be refunded once the return has been received and processed by our warehouse. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Free Shipping to The UK 

  • Standard shipping is free for orders $150+ (AUD). 
  • Please note that orders over £135 are not eligible for free shipping. To comply with HMRC regulations, these orders are shipped via courier so that VAT can be collected at checkout.
